2010: The Foundation

Wrest Egypt was established in Suez with a vision to modernize ship agency services in Egypt. Starting with a small, dedicated team, we focused on providing personalized husbandry services to vessels transiting the Suez Canal.

2012 - 2014: Infrastructure Expansion

Recognizing the growing needs of our principals, we expanded our operations to Port Said and Alexandria. During this period, we invested in our first fleet of logistics vehicles and established a permanent warehouse for ship chandling operations.

2015: The New Suez Canal Milestone

During the historic expansion of the New Suez Canal, Wrest Egypt played a pivotal role in providing logistics and technical support to dredging fleets and specialized vessels, cementing our reputation as a reliable maritime partner for large-scale projects.

2018: ISO Certification and Digitalization

To align with global standards, we achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. We also launched our first digital coordination system, allowing for real-time tracking of parcel deliveries and service requests for our clients.

2020 - Present: Regional Leadership

Today, Wrest Egypt is a leading name in the Egyptian maritime sector, serving over 60 global ship management companies and operating in all 22 Egyptian ports. We continue to innovate, expanding our "Green Maritime" initiatives and enhancing our anti-piracy equipment supply capabilities.
